How did they know I have pup-retts?

But now that everyone is changing my Daemon, how will anyone know that it originally was a dog? Pup-rets is Dr. Paul's diagnosis for me based on the symptoms I exhibit when spotting a dog- I yell, "Puppy!" It is a little bit like Tourette's syndrome, but with puppies, so Paul calls it pup-rets.
